1969 O Pee Chee Hockey - Stamps affixed to Card Back

What is the grading effect of the OPC stamps being affixed to the back of these cards? Does it drop the grade? No affect on the grade?
If there's no effect on the grade.... is there an effect on the desirability of the card in that grade? If yes, is the desirability higher or lower with the stamp?

I would think they would down grade the card significantly with a stamp on the back as that was attached post production and not
part of the card's original production.
Just to be sure I would call PSA cust. service and have them answer it officially.
Here's an example of the Orr:

Not sure where PSA comes out on grading them, I can't find any on ebay. My hunch would be PSA Authentic.
Kiss me twice.....let's party.
I just spoke with Matt at PSA Customer Service and he feels strongly that the stamp on back would have no affect on the grading of the card itself (just an a post-sale signature on the card would not affect the card grade itself).
A signature on the card doesn't affect the grade?

I thought it would give the card a MK qualifier.
