This was from one of those random pack boxes you can get at Target. 10/20 random packs from various manufacturers from like 2007-2015. You get $20 for $20 which is half of what they sold for new so I have bought quite a few recently.

That almost seems like more a repackaged retail pack than a resealed one in the sense that we think of them. I doubt a resealer would use such a variety of different issues in a pack. That's quite a mix of cards!
