USPS Tracking "Processing Exception"

Saw this pop up in my tracking for the first time ever and had not seen it before. Anybody else? I suppose it is explains why a package might get stuck in one place for a while.
Anyway, I had read after doing some searches about it that someone said to go to usps.com and request email tracking updates, and it usually gets it prodded into action. I did this yesterday. Voila! After not changing for 5 days the package had arrived at the regional sort facility in Portland. There is obviously a chance that it is pure coincidence, but I will certainly try it next time.
Here is the coin I'm waiting on, not a rare date by any means but it sure looks nice from the seller's photos, well it will look a lot better after an acetone bath.

MS66 taste on an MS63 budget.

The month of December is always bizarre with the USPS...it's going to get worse before it gets better.
Yeah, I suppose so. The last time I was collecting coins I don't think there were live tracking updates, so I didn't get to obsess about them like I do now.

It means, they haven't lost it - they just don't know where it is
