Did you know that a Paypal account holder can qualify a private mailbox (at a UPS store or similar enterprise) as a confirmed address ?
This can be very problematic, as I've already witnessed a USPS carrier delivering to one of these enterprises without obtaining a signature (on a Sig. Conf. package) from the clerk/attendant of the store.
