If I am buying an expensive card from someone through a PayPal invoice, am I protected?

    As long as you are paying via normal PP yes. Just make sure not to pay via PP gift or whatever the hell they are calling it these days. As usually fund the payment via a credit card to be double protected if you feel the need to.

    Yes, it will be for goods via invoice. Not gift (friends and family). Thanks.
