Paper restoration services out there?

Bought a book recently and the original dust jacket's inside flaps are glued down to the inside of the boards. I know there are restoration/paper services where people can safely remove cards that are glued to albums, my questions is, does anyone here know of any good places for me to checkout? I have a couple places in mind already, but would like to hear of others as well.

The value of the book is about $500 to $700 and the jacket is about $4,000 extra if it hadn't been glued down. Glued down the value of the jacket is around $2800 to $3,500. So, if it's going to be a really expensive service then I may just keep it as is.
