What happened to the cent? I know that Spooly is dying to snag it. Did the offer period expire? What happened to the coin?

That Jewel Can Be Opened Again for Offers ( I Got It Right This Time) if Demand Warrants It.
Cash Only and No Modern Stuff. I'm Talking Modern as Anything After 1932S.
Will Not Refuse the 1933 Gold Piece but Do Not think the Offer Will Get That High on this Jewell

        Offer On Folks !!!!!!

Maybe you'll be interested in my 1909-S Indian cent as a companion piece? It has a hole drilled right through where the "S" was, but is otherwise pretty nice...

Actually I do Consider the Issues in the Set after 31 as Being Modern and Just Necessary Evils needed to Complete the Set. Please Spare Me and Do Not let the Merc People Know I have made this Statement. Before Finding the PCGS Regestry I had No Coins After 1931. The Registry Forced the Moderns Upon Me.image

That Was Way to Serious for this Offering Thread. Please Offer On !!!imageimage

The white one offered on the BST forum or the toned one?

          Ken,

I'm shocked and would consider your statement about post-1931 Merc's to be blasphemy, if I weren't guilty of the same thing. I had about a half dozen Merc's from 1934-45 prior to entering the registry; now I'm only missing 2 (plus the overdates). I do intend to get the overdates, but they won't be MS; therefore, I'm thinking of transferring my set to the basic Merc registry. I'll have lots more company there.image

Toned will work Nicely. With the White One You would Have to Throw in the Barber Quarter.imageimage

If I was not shooting for a 25D or 26S Merc I would Buy the Quarter from You. Bet the thing is Pretty in Real Life.image

If you like toned coins, the Barber is very pretty. Kaleidoscope of colors on the reverse rims. Going to have to keep that toned Merc, unless you wanted to trade it for the one with the rainbow colors you posted to the Dark Side forum.
