This looked like a nice star note, even with the small teller stamp ink. Looks like a new lowest serial for LGS St. Louis $20.

    I liked that star too and to my knowledge it is a new low(although not low enough to make my 2 digit collection).I was in on the bidding (2nd underbidder) but didn't really go hard for it as I already have 2 of this star.
    Collector of numeral seals.That's the 1928 and 1928A series of FRNs with a number rather than a letter in the district seal. Owner/operator of Bottom Line Currency
