Collectors club membership required??

So I am looking to submit some 1988 Fleer Basketball packs for grading. I have never submitted anything before and am not sure If I will in the future. In the submission center there is a non-member submission form. Can I submit my packs without being a member? I would possibly join if the new member free submissions voucher was good for packs, but it doesn't look like it is. Can someone confirm the answer for me off hand please? Of course I can also call psa if I get a chance tomorrow. Thanks.

    Yes, you can. You can submit anything under regular service level without being a member. Purchasing a membership entitles you to the monthly specials.


    Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
