According to PCGS, it is a Q... so get on up all over it.

The Chief has two vertical folds on the left third and right third. They are faint, but they don't look pressed out or processed to me.

It's in a PMG holder. I think he was saying it was in a PCGS holder with PPQ before. I don't have track & price on this computer to look it up.
