VCP And Scam Auctions

Has anyone ever contacted VCP about sale prices being added to their site for auctions that were scams? There was a thread on here a week or so ago about an Ebay seller that had some obvious scam listings. I reported the listings to Ebay and even took time to call about them. Of course nothing was done. Most of the auctions ended last night and the other ywo end soon. The seller is trustyourgut2011. The ones that ended last night have already been added to VCP. All of the listings ended at well above the VCP average thus effecting the average. I have contacted VCP but don't know if they will do anything. I'm hoping that the bids were so high because bidders that know they were scams bid them up with no intention of paying. See the link below for the listings.
