Upperdeck Michael Jordan Farewell Shot card

Was hoping to get some info from others on these. My mother passed away 15 years ago and was a collector of Jordan things. She had many cards and my father would like me to sell these. She had 3 of these. I tried to find them on ebay and I even "googled" them but have not seen any others. Has anyone seen them and any idea of the value. All were unopened in the foil package but I opened one to get the pictures. Any help is appreciated.
