Greetings-
This is my first post, & I hope I have put it in the correct folder.
I'm collecting Silver American Eagles among other things, but I've noticed that the FIRST STRIKE "burnished" coins from 2006 on are graded as "MS69" for example, & do not say "burnished". I'm currently looking at a coin that is a FIRST STRIKE coin and now says "Burnished" on the label...BUT is now graded as SP69.
So, my question is: If I take my coins that are FIRST STRIKE & are graded as MS69, send them to PCGS to be "reholdered", WILL they change them to SP69 & keep them in a FIRST STRIKE designation?
Thanks for your time!!
