1952 Bowman Mantle PSA 2.5. Looks Nicer. Resub?

Looks like a PSA 7 at first glance, but has small scuffs near his hat. Is card accurately graded? Would you send for review? Crack out and send to PSA? Send to SGC? Thanks for your opinions

That's probably the best grade that can be expected. The eye appeal far exceeds the technical grade, that's how it got the half point bump already.

ETA: That said, I wouldn't part with it for less than PSA4 money. I think you'll find someone happy to pay that.

Card measures correctly. Image is tilted and card is also not sitting in holder straight

I don't think it's a 7,but I think it's better than it's current grade. Cracking out would depend on whether you're keeping it or trying to resell.
