What is up with paragraphs in this new forum?

Sometimes my posts show paragraphs and sometimes they do not.

(Let's see if it does this time!)

Nope.....I used 3 separate paragraphs in my original post. It all looks like one paragraph. Very annoying. Am I doing something wrong?

Use 'Quick Reply' at the bottom of the page to get paragraphs to format correctly. Otherwise, you need to manually insert HTML tags (< p > or < br > w/no spaces) or hit the 'hr' button (which puts a line between paragraphs).

    That helps.....Thanks...

The only thing is that you can't use the "quick reply" in an original message.

In your original message just type one character. Then use the Quick Reply to your own message.

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

really? It's like 1996 all over again.

    Collecting PSA 9's from 1970-1977. Raw 9's from 72-77. Raw 10's from '78-'83.

Yeah, that change really blows. I sure hope they correct it soon because it is embarrassing for any forum from this century to make you do that br and p thing image

This new format is a bizarre upgrade. These are some areas where it is noticeably improved but for some reason they forgot some of the basics like spacing. Hopefully in the long run they will iron out the kinks.

Baseball, it is said, is only a game. True. And the Grand Canyon is only a hole in Arizona.

More like a downgrade if you ask me. To borrow another term from my generation, this new forum sucks! image

  • Hi guys,

We had to turn off certain functions that allowed for easier posting due to issues arising elsewhere. We realize this is not ideal and we are looking into it a fix. (Trust me - we don't like HTML anymore than you do!)

These issues did not arise during testing, but we are well aware of the issues now and are working towards making the necessary improvements. We just ask for your patience in the meantime.
