Hi everyone
Have a question...
2 cards I subbed came back undersized and 1 miscut - it's very slightly off being square.
Was I supposed to get credit/a voucher for the 3 cards or is that all ya get?
I don't know why the miscut card wasn't put in a holder?
I tried placing it into a generic holder and it fits with no problem.

I believe whatever they send back to you is not charged for on your payment.
What if renewal sub?
Yes, it was a membership 15 card sub.
