What a collapse...wasnt he just in a Super Bowl? and a future HOFer?

He was overrated. Classic case of a guy who takes the league by surprise and then opposing coaches study film and shut him down. Kap can't read defenses, has poor field vision as seen this last week and terrible touch. He sometime misses people by 20 to 30 yards. It's atrocious. As a 49er fan I was definitely caught up in the Super Bowl year but after about 8 games the following year I could see he was not who we hoped he was. Year 3 I was hoping they would trade him while he had value. no luck. Now he is benched in favor of a guy who could not even hang on to a backup spot for Jacksonville Jaguars.

I do fully expect Gabbert to perform better than Kap however.

Poor 49ers. Gabbert. What, they couldn't even lure JaMarcus Russell out of retirement?

Big arm, runs like a deer, freakishly athletic , but ...... nothing between the ears.

    Time to rebuild, 49ers.

Always looking for original, better date VF20-VF35 Barber quarters and halves, and a quality beer.

The Gabbert era begins with a win vs 6-2 Falcons..

Once again, my Falcons can not play 4 qtrs. of football, period. 2 years in a row now it seems, sigh. Gabbert looked decent in the game honestly I thought.
