After calling in first to see if they graded MTG Error Cards, and told yes. Packaged up cards and sent them in. ((PSA had sent them back ungraded, Factory Misprint))
They receive them and list them service unavailable . WTF,
I call and they give me the run around and around. Finally I speak to a supervisor and they make excuses for the mistake, sending them back at no charge. However I'm out shipping and not to mention Time with them. She who's name I forgot to write down, said I would personally get and email from her, and they would send cards to make up for the mistake. I said Cool and thank you.
Needless to say no email, no card, no nothing. EXCEPT advertisement that they're having a big MTG sale, And consigning to their auction.
Rant Over, They have lost my business, and I'll tell anyone using them for any reason to shop elsewhere.
