Could someone tell me how to make my own logo?

I would really appreciate the advice if someone could tell me how to make my own logo, I am looking to get something of McDyess.

    You can't upload any right now, till they clear out all the ones taht are innapropriate or aren't used anymore. They said it should only take a week or so.
