1982 Topps Rarity -- Question on Value

Just popped a 1982 Topps Bruce Benedict in PSA 9. The first graded at this level. Curious what this could be worth and how best to market/sell it?

A 1982 Topps John Montefusco PSA 9 POP 1 (no 10s) sold for $104 on ebay last month.

My guess would be closer to $200 based on looking up low pop sales from that set several months back. I'd probably go with one of the major consignors on eBay and let it ride with 'Pop 1 None Higher' in the title.

I would sell it yourself on EBay especially if it's 100 to 200 dollar card.
