    You are under the impression he bought them.It might be that he sent them in and received the grade.Maybe he has a good eye.I think it is possible for someone to get lucky.I did once.

    PCGS has only graded 11 PR70DCAM in all dates (1986-2001). Your not likely to find one; but if you do have plenty of cash ready.
