Can't seem to find which set this belongs to. Insert up to /199. Labeled Cooperstown Collection? in lower right on rear of card. Is it n the base set?

I opened a few from this set. If you had a pack with this card, it was the only the card in the pack - i.e. you opened the pack and that is what you got. Neat insert set.






They came silver framed (/99), gold framed (/25), and black framed (/199)
