1853-O G$1 Gold Dollar PCGS MS62 CAC- Gorgeous New Orleans Mint

This is a great example of a New Orleans mint gold dollar. It has nice original color and booming luster. That combined with a strong strike make this a perfect choice as a type or date coin. I am a gold dollar collector exclusively and bought this coin because I thought it looked better than my MS64. I still do, but upon very close inspection it does have a couple of tiny hairlines on the obverse that probably keep it from a 64. I wish all of my MS63's looked this good.
