Thoughts on a Trade????

Looking at trading a Marino RC in PSA 10 with cash for a 1980 Topp basketball wax box BBCE sealed
The card is a very nice 10.... Looks like a legit 10. The box is very nice as well.
So thoughts on cash amount that should go with the Marino for a fair trade for both parties?

marino is probably $1500-1600?

1980 topps basketball box is probably $4000-4500?

Last couple of sales for the Marino have averaged around $1600, some higher, some lower. Last sale on the BBCE 1980 Wax Basketball was $5k. So I would say a fair cash supplement would be in the $3400 range less ebay fees on the $3400. So the Marino + around $2900 would be a good starting point.
