Mega bump from my 75 Topps mini review

I had some success last month with a 10 card review, so I decided to send in 4 more star 9s that I felt were worthy. Only 1 bumped. Got this back today.

Now a pop 2. This was pack pulled by me and received a 9 when I subbed it in August. Really pumped to add this card to my set!

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

According to VCP, the last 9 went for $145 earlier this month. The last 10 was over $1800 3 years agoimage

I always wanted a Garner rookie. Part of the we are family Pirates team.

IT CAN'T BE A TRUE PLAYOFF UNLESS THE BIG TEN CHAMPIONS ARE INCLUDED

Lol. I was going to add that the thousands of people competing with the Phil Garner registry will be fighting over that card.

Seriously, beautiful card and great bump. I always thought that Keith Hernandez was an underrated cog in the Mets success in the 80's. Straw, Dr. K., and "The Kid" deserved recognition but Hernandez brought it all together with his glove, stick, and leadership.

Baseball, it is said, is only a game. True. And the Grand Canyon is only a hole in Arizona.

When it comes to reviews / bumps, who handles the pop report change? PSA or the person grasping for the bump after review? I have a feeling the pop report is really FUBAR for a lot of cards that have been bumped, but the extra care hasn't been taken by either party to see that the pop report remains consistent. Just curious about it. image
