I see some with PR and others with PR-FR. Is there an actual difference between the two grade designations or just an equivalent cosmetic change?

My understanding was that pr-fr should be for 1.5

The 1.5s I've seen are just FR, so I'm not sure if the 1s with PR-FR are essentially a 1.25 and PR are 1.0 or if they just changed terminology at some point on the slabs, perhaps when half grades were introduced?

Right, I think PR-FR was there before the half grades were introduced.
