1981 O-Pee-Chee variation discovered...

Picked up around 12,000 singles from a deal done in Canada and starting to pull some cards to get graded. Everything is in order so this variation was easy to spot.
The rare version is the 1 with the All Star banner in green. Makes me wonder if there are other variations...

I was going to say he wasn't an all star in the 81 Topps set so there maybe more? Trying to think off the top of my head.
Parker, Monday and Reggie Smith would be the NL outfield..
