Incidentally, I attended that sale. Many who saw the coin in-hand were shocked to hear it was graded MS64 the first time it went thru . . .

Pcgs usually won't go gem on a flowing hair dollar without full definition on the eagle's breast.
What's really shocking is how poorly the two MS65 coins did - they were not well received for the grade
