What do the green/red arrows on VCP mean exactly?

I am still confused as to what the little arrows mean next to a grade sub heading on VCP. I know that green up means the pricing is going up, but from what period to what period?

I emailed them about the arrows a few weeks ago. Apparently the code was written 10 years ago and isn't working right. I noticed it when looking at Aaron RC prices and most of the arrows were red down arrows, which is obviously wrong if you've been following that card in the last year.

The Aaron rookie was the exact card I was checking as well.
  • I have wondered this as well. The arrows definitely do not represent the current market. The Aaron RC is case and point. They should just get rid of the arrows.

Baseball, it is said, is only a game. True. And the Grand Canyon is only a hole in Arizona.
