Ebay shipping to Canada

Can anyone offer input into what is a fair price to charge for shipping a PSA graded card from U.S. to Canada. Value of item is under $50 and needs some kind of tracking. I know that there are now easier and cheaper options. Also what is the typical amount a buyer is willing to pay for shipping from U.S. to Canada. I'm not interested in any markup on shipping just want to cover cost of postage and bubbler mailer etc. Thanks, much appreciated for your time and responses.

$3. Use PayPal Ship Now and manually enter the address in eBay. Do not use the eBay shipping system for Canada or it will cost a minimum of $7.
