Post the strangest thing you have ever seen in a PCGS slab

I wonder if the US Mint will ever produce a USA shaped coin?
At least we know PCGS could fit it in a slab.

    I had LaCucaracha at the Portland ANA in March, and
    lots of photos were taken of it - I believe by someone
    on the Boards......so please post it if you can!

    A silver round struck at the Worldwide Mint (in Minnesota?) slabbed as a genuine Mexican Mint issue. No, I didn't submit it, but I keep it for laughs.

    I saw a "questionable" hair in a PCGS slab once.

    Edited to add: I think it was a holdered Morgan dollar.
