Mantle opinions please. 1965 & 1967.

Found these 2 Mantles and looking to try to make an offer on them. What do you think these would grade out at? Any opinions on what I should offer? They are at a card shop, but I think cash will speak. There is a white Mark on the back of the 67, not really sure what it is. Thanks in advance.

65 PSA3 $85-100
67 PSA4 (may get the MK qualifier?) $45-60?

+ take off enough to cover grading fees & shipping

I'd offer $65 and go up to maybe $80

Without qualifiers, I'd say they both get a "3".

VCP on the '65 is $95.00 and on the '67 is $60.00. Personally I think you can get better looking "3s", but centering weighs heavily when I give my opinion on a card.
