Submission not showing up in the system

I have an express order that was delivered early Monday morning and I haven't gotten the OK yet...should I be worried enough to contact PCGS today?

    If you received delivery confirmation, sometimes they are slow about posting new arrivals.

    Especially true the week after a Long Beach show... lots of orders dropped off by people at the show that need to be logged in as well. Be patient image

    The 2 times I submitted earlier this year, there was several days that passed between when the USPS showed delivered and it showed up in the PCGS system. I believe it doesn't show up in their online system until they've unpacked the order and verified the inventory of the order. It takes awhile.
    I love the 3 P's: PB&J, PBR and PCGS.

    Mine got there on Monday as well. It showed up in the system about 30 minutes ago (that I saw).


    Do you track it to the PO? IF so, and it says "delivered", then totally relax.

    I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

    I'm in exactly the same situation, I contacted customer service, they e-mailed me back that it can take 1-3 days for them to log an order in.

    Bummer, as the clock doesn't start until the order is entered....

    I don't see PCGS not wanting to process orders as they can't charge $$ until that's done so they just must be real busy.

    Business must be good image
