eBay Seller post Non Payer ID on their auctions Good idea?

Recently eBay doing some changes but is this something Seller can do? Posting ID buyer who did not pay on their auction. Can this be new way seller inform others instead complaining @ forum.

Ebay pretty much doesnt care about non paying bidders or shilling for that matter as long as money keeps rolling in. There are two shillers, who are so obvious, that I have reported dozens of their auctions to ebay and they still run them, still list more and still shill every one of them. I wish there was a place to report shill auction listers.

All the non paying buyer has to do is call eBay and they will cancel the listing within an hour.
