2003 Gilt East Carrbbean States $10 Golden Jubilee Coin

I just recently received this coin in a box of stuff I bought. It graded by NGC at PF68 Ultra Cameo. I do not know anything about this coin. What could I expect to get for it?

It also doesn't appear to be listed in Krause (?), but here is one on eBay for a price comparison.

PS- LochNess and I were discussing the collecting of a "Coins on Coins" set, which include coins with pictures of coins on them. This one would be a good inclusion in such a set!

(Since Gene didn't post the reverse picture, other readers will need to click one of the links above to see the "coins within a coin" motif I'm referring to. I think it's a neat design.)
