Would this Centering Meeting PSA 10 Standards?

Just curious if this centering would meet PSA 10 standards. Opinions requested please, thank you.

Nope. It's not only off r/l but t/b as well.

Edit. I think the glare at the bottom is messing with my eyes. Regardless, r/l is enoigh to keep it from scoring a 10.

Measured your pic with digital calipers. R/L is about 57.3% to 42.7%. T/B is about 56.8% to 43.2%.

TY, so according to this (http://www.psacard.com/Services/PSAGradingStandards/), then it would barely meet the standards for a psa 10?
