Rare silver eagle Pcgs specimen sample?

Has anyone come across a 1995 silver eagle in a ogh marked specimen? I came across one at the Long Beach show today and cant find any information on it...any info helps thanks in advance

ttt - I've never seen a "specimen" eagle. OGH silver eagles are fairly scarce though.

FYI...received your email but it the photo came across as a LOT of text and not as an attachment. Replied to you (you may be using an android smartphone since that is what the headers in the email imply, but I don't use an android smartphone so not sure of the options you have)

I payed right around 75 dollars for it, im not a collector of silver eagles or samplr slabs I just found it very unique
