Question about psa ha originals

I was wondering if it's possible that the card included with the autograph could be trimmed? The grade only indicates an auto grade, so would PSA put a card with it that could be altered in some way?

Here's an example: It looks like a nm card but how can anyone be sure without the grade covering the card as well as the auto?
