So I emailed an eBay seller regarding a card I was interested in. He had it listed for $26.99 and I emailed him asking if he would sell it for $20. I received an offer of $2 off for $24.99 and apparently took too long responding because I sent him another email asking if he would resend the offer but no response. I go to Buy It Now at the full price but am now blocked from therir auctions.
