I have noticed that most cards that 4SC has on their site are 8% off of their Ebay prices. Is this the final price or are there other discounts?

No additional discounts, but their discount changes every week. It's common for it to be 12 to 14% off eBay.

4SC changes their discount weekly. There are usually two discounts: a larger one for lower priced items and a smaller discount for higher dollar items. For instance, this week is 14% off $50 and less and 8% for anything larger. I believe the highest I have ever seen them go on a higher dollar item would be 10-12% off eBay prices. This week's 8% is one of the weaker sales for higher dollar items, I think the lowest I've seen is 7%, so you are right to be patient. Good luck.

I get an e-mail from them once a week letting me know what the weekly discount is. I assume I signed up on their website at some point to get the e-mails.
