Case Breaks; looking for help

I've never done one of these. Can someone give me a "for dummies" link. Do you recommend?

My son and I bought some cases of 2013 topps last year, mini's/blasters/boxes/update/series 1 and 2/etc. Was fun sorting it all out. We are still organizing, almost a year later (we bought way toooo much).

After all this, we are left with some fun times together, and certainly a lot of worthless junk. What we really wanted was the Giants World Series inserts (didn't happen), and of course all of the Giants players.

What doesn't make sense in the case-breaks is the random slotting. If I don't know what cards I'm getting, I'm not going to participate, or am I misunderstanding this. We would like to do some case breaks where we get all of the Giants players, or all of the Warrior players. Is that possible?

I can only speak about mojobreaks - they are good to deal with. They do some random breaks but you can also purchase the team of your choice in some. They ship all base cards, not all breakers do. Here is the link explaining how it works.

There's a couple different ways breaks happen. I'm not an expert but I know of at least two.

1. You buy the team you want. Example you buy the Giants for a case break and you get all (some ship all some will only ship hits/inserts) the Giants card pulled.

2. The second way is you buy a spot and they will put the buyers names and the teams in a randomizer and you could end up with any team.

These are the two most common I see. Theres advantages to both depending on how you collect.
