Topps vault

I was wondering why a purchase from Topps Vault was taking so long (won Aug 13th, paid within 24 hours) and just received a refund with this note:
"Dear Valued Customer, We writing with an update regarding your Topps purchase via eBay. After exhausting all options, we are sorry to inform you that the container, containing your package(s) was stolen. A full refund will be issued to your PayPal account. Please accept our sincerest apologies regarding this matter."

Anyone else receive this recently? I'm guessing it wasn't just my package that was stolen.

    Same here, won and paid Aug. 12th, tracking never worked.

    I was told initially that USPS wasn't picking up their mail which was causing the delay. I bid $115 on a card and won it for $15, so I feel like I lost a pretty sweet deal. Through Ebay communications they told me if they get the orders back they will contact me about the card I won.

    Sorry to hear it happened to you as well. I just wish they would have cancelled the order before refunding. Now it keeps showing up in my Unpaid Items.

    Yeah, I looked at some of the auctions that closed around the time ours did and I think they probably lost quite a few $'s unless they can claim USPS took it (the items weren't scanned in).

    If you click the 'more actions' tab for the auction you won (under the unpaid items header), select 'hide' and it will disappear it.

    I lost two items as well (money was refunded yesterday); You have to wonder how whoever stole this stuff, is ever going tp move it?
