I don't know if it's a bad flip, but do a search of "1986 fleer michael jordan psa/dna" (both active and completed) on ebay. Several other signed Jordan's, apparently from the same submission as the one you posted, are either for sale, or have recently ended.

In comparing the flips of each card, it looks like the one you posted has a bolder font than the others.
