PSA Submission question: Topps Certified Autograph cards

I have a few Topps Certified Autographs Cards that I would like to submit. At what level do I send those in at if I want the Red flip? Would it be just the standard over 1956 submission level? Thanks in advance.

Certified autos or manufacturer autos pre 1998 have to go PSA/DNA route and can be slabbed with red flip as long as you want the card graded. Post 1998 can go on whatever special they qualify for.
