Quite possibly the ugliest PSA 9 ever graded, a disappointment...

I usually don't get involved in these kind of posts, but I'm making an exception here for 2 reasons.
1) This is such an obviously bad cut, it looks like a child did it with safety scissors. How this passed muster is beyond my comprehension. Shouldn't this be an authentic? I mean if hand cuts are based on appeal, this has near perfect appeal?!
2) It devalues the far superior copy that is in my collection. The two are so far away from equal that I'm disturbed this is my competition.
If anyone pays the $400 asking price on eBay, here's your sign!

I know my cards have not been afforded the same luxury.
Don't waste your time and fees listing on ebay before getting in touch me by PM or at gregmo32@aol.com !
<< <i>As terrible as it looks, my assumption is that the ”actual sticker” is the part they graded, not the symmetry of the rectangular cut out.
>>
Just to play devils advocate. They are only grading the sticker. The border on both 9's is intact and no creases etc. Therein forth they both garner a 9. But we have all heard the saying, but the card not the holder.

"If the card is severely undersized and suffers in overall eye appeal, the graders may deem the card not suitable for authentication or reject the card as minimum-sized altogether."

It is a sticker though, not a card. Yes the hack job looks like something Matt would mow over but that being said I would love to know how they grade this "die cut" type sticker. The sticker alone regardless of the amount of boarder or some other way.

I would never mow over that potato Troy. I'd have The Potato Farmers Union all over me for spud abuse

It's a children's activity book, you're supposed to match up the player with their bio.
