Did Disneyland issue a medal for it's 60th anniversary in JULY?

Disneyland celebrated it's 60th anniversary in July. On past anniversaries they issued aluminum medals to people who attended on that day. Was anything numismatic evident in 2015?

Yes they did. It is silver plated coin limited to 5000 in a presentation box. I hope that helps. If you know anyone in the area, they might still be on the shelf.

At Disneyworld it probably would have been an AP perk... I've gotten a few medals, like the DMGM (now DHS) 20th Anniv. Coin. BTW, Disneyparks currently has two sets. The single medal:

Disneyland Diamond Celebration Limited Edition Coin

    and the set:

Disneyland Diamond Celebration Limited Edition Coin Collection

I like the set, just not the $150 for 7 silver plated pot-metal coins.

At the 50th, I bought one of these. It may have cost me $50, but at least it's still worth $50... image
