It sure does look trimmed to me. A definite tilt on that side, but none on the right side

Is that a SGC or GAI case? Hard to tell the potential for crossover with the resolution of the pictures. A scan would be better if possible. I would be worried about that bottom left (in landscape) edge.

SGC was stated with the 3rd pic.

My best guess is the card is not flat and/or portions of it are hiding under the insert. If the SGC case has not been tampered with, I would expect the card to be legit and untrimmed. I would not purchase it regardless unless better scans/pics are provided or you get the chance to check it out in hand. The edge of the case does show some frosting or a smash in the top right of the front pic/top left of the back.

Interesting twist, does SGC do Auth-Trimmed like PSA or do they not note alterations on Auth graded cards?
