I do not collect the series - but have birthyear sets for my
Grandparents and my Mom.

My Mom was born in 1921 - and I have a decent set of Morgans from 1921 - but mostly, I have Peace Dollars of 1921, in every conceivable holder there is.

Too many files to sort out. I can't locate the 1921-D & S Morgans !!

Difficult not to love a proof Moran, nice examples. The 21 in PL looks very clean, love it!

EDIT: The 21 is also well struck, I see well defined laurel leaves.

I love that first 1889! The 1921 PL looks like a great coin too. Is that one from Todd?

    << <i>Wow! Amazing proofs. >>

I think there's only one proof. Goes to show how images can differ.

I think this is a terrific homage. Nice choices.

This is correct, only one coin. I shot it in two different lighting styles. The first to show the field/device contrast, and the second to give a little insight into the reflectivity/light golden tone of the surfaces under light.

A very nice collection of 1889 Morgan Dollars and the photography is outstanding, especially how you shot the PR showing the contrasting devices. image

Not too sure, actually. I think it might have been John Baumgart ( Messydesk ).

Edit: None of these images are Todd's. I now believe both images are from
( Mike Valente ) Valente151... He does a great job...
