Hello everyone I'm wondering if someone could help or willing to help a little bit.
I go to my local card store every week and the owner has a kid maybe 10 or 11 years old I guess. The kid wants to start doing TTM looking for auto's but doesn't really have any addresses other than the ones for ball parks. I would like to get a small list of addresses of modern players for him but I don't know how either really. Could some supply me a small lists or a website that would help him out.? Thank you for any help.

I wrote this for FB group I'm in. Hockey-specific, but most is generally useful.

There have been quite a few requests for player addresses lately, which is completely fine. Most addresses are available online with a little digging, so I thought I would share my favorite resources with you all:
1. Harvey's List - $30 shipped - 3-ring binder with a ton of player and team addresses, updated yearly. This is the basis of most other addresses that you see on line and most recognize Harvey as a leader in the hobby. http://www.sportsaddresslists.com/hockey.html
2. Sportscollectors.net - $15/year - good for all sports, including hockey. Great up-to-date TTM list with percentage of successes. Well worth the money, IMO. Also a solid forum frequented by a number of promoters who share deals on IP signings. http://www.sportscollectors.net/default.aspx
3. Hockey TTM Graphs - free - this is Jeff's forum, hockey and TTM focused. Extensive free address list called the "Graphatory". Also has a solid forum for auto opinions, etc. - http://ttmgraphs.proboards.com/
4. Sports Card Forum - free - decent address list which also tracks successes. Not as good as the pay sites, but, hey, it's free - http://www.sportscardforum.com/ttm.php
For a lot of guys, you can get the information you need if you put in a little work checking these sites and digging into it yourselves. This FB is great but can't replace the extensive resources in other parts of the web.
For those interested in getting started with TTM, check out this post by Sal - very informative: http://www.salshockeyautographs.com/p/getting-started.html
For those interested in mail order or public signings, I recommend Signings Hotline - you can search by sport or automate to have it email you when a new signing is added in a category that you choose (i.e. hockey HOF only, etc.) - http://www.signingshotline.com/
Here's to many nice returns
