Regarding the On Time Guarantee

Just curious (I know its a PSA forum and I am asking a Beckett question). Has anyone ever received a refund from Beckett because grading order was not finished on time per the on-time guarantee? They state that customer gets a full refund if order is not graded by deadline.

The new chimp they have in charge of the grading dept is quite efficient. I hear only once did he have to issue a refund due to not meeting the deadline. However, just in case, the refund comes payable in bananas. I hope you're deficient in potassium to avoid possible toxic shock syndrome.
